This is a non-refundable rate. 50% is charged at the time of the booking and the rest two days before check-in.
Check-in time is from 4pm on the day of check-in. For check-ins before 4pm it is necessary to consult in advance. Access will be possible as long as there are no reservations with check-out that same day or for maintenance reasons and a supplement of 10% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid. It will be confirmed 24 hours before check-in.
Normally a person will be waiting to hand over the keys. Exceptionally it could be managed in another way but with prior information.
Check-out time is until 12pm. For check-outs after 12pm it is necessary to consult in advance.
Reservations can only be made by persons of legal age. Before check-in, the full names, ID and personal data of each one of the guests staying over 16 years of age must be reported.
In case of bringing pets, prior authorization must have been obtained and the corresponding fee must have been paid (per stay and per pet). Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and must not be left alone in the accommodation for more than two hours.
The number of people occupying the house, even occasionally, cannot be greater than that stated in the reservation. In case of alterations, the reservation must be modified, with the corresponding cost. If at any time, even occasionally, the number of people in the reservation is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refund of the money paid.
We do not allow the holding of events of any kind. If we detect that this rule is being violated, the reservation will be suspended immediately without any refund of the money paid.
The accommodation is provided with a bath towel for each person, a wash towel and another for feet, sheets, duvets, hand soap, toilet paper (1/2 rolls depending on occupancy) and the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. Exceptionally, salt, sugar, oil and coffee may be provided. Cots are available on request.
The accommodation is handed over clean and disinfected and no further cleaning is carried out. No meals are served either. Upon departure, the accommodation must be handed over in reasonable condition. This is subjective but for simplicity's sake, it is intended to be left as each of us would like our home to be left after a visit. More specifically, it is expected that the sheets do not have visible stains, that the dishes are clean or in the dishwasher and that disposable items are found in the bins or in garbage bags. If the guest considers it appropriate to clean something, they can find cleaning materials under the sink, as well as a broom, mop and vacuum cleaner in other parts of the accommodation. For the dishwasher we always leave tablets/detergent available to guests. As with garbage bags or toilet paper, if the guest needs more, they must provide it themselves.
If the accommodation has a barbecue, its use must be in accordance with local regulations. The barbecue is gas-powered and we have an additional gas bottle in the accommodation.
Heating/air conditioning varies in each house and its operation is explained in an additional message.
The property is handed over in good condition and in working order. If any fault is found, it must be reported immediately upon arrival. If the tenant damages the property or the objects included in it, he/she will be responsible for restoring it to its previous state or paying compensation. In the case of lost keys, 30 euros per unit must be paid. To cover these unforeseen events, the guest must deposit a security deposit of 100 euros, which will be fully returned once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
If lost objects are found in the property, our staff will take care of storing them for three months to facilitate their recovery by the tenant.
